Thanks for visiting my website and taking the time to learn more about me. If you’re considering buying or selling a home, I’m here to help—and here’s a little background so you know who you’re working with.
I’ve called the Sacramento region home since 1987, and Placer County has been my community for more than two decades. I’ve lived in Auburn, Newcastle, and now Penryn, and I’m grateful to raise my family in such an incredible area.
I graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Economics in 2002—the same year I began my real estate career. I’ve been a full-time agent ever since, and became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2009.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients buy and sell homes. Guiding people through such an important milestone is truly the part of my work I enjoy most.
Today, I live in Penryn with my wife, Robin, our three kids—Milo, Brody, and William—and our French Bulldog, Fenris. Outside of real estate, you’ll often find me training for marathons, trail runs, and triathlons, listening to a good podcast, journaling, or spending time with friends and family around Placer County or on a trip together.
I look forward to learning more about your goals and helping you navigate your next move with confidence. Let’s connect whenever you’re ready.
Please feel free to call or text me any time at 916-316-5626 or e-mail me at patrick@ownplacer.com.
