Penryn Homes for SalePenryn is now a small rural community that is filled with ranches, custom homes and small farm houses built on oversized lots or acreage.

For the most part, the community is filled with residential properties on large lots, but there was a subdivision of homes on smaller lots built near the freeway in the late 2000’s.

There are a few shops and restaurants located at the intersection of English Colony Road and Taylor Road and also at the off ramp to I-80 and Penryn Road.

Residents do most of their shopping in nearby Loomis, Auburn or Roseville.
