Morgan Creek Homes - Roseville, CA
The Morgan Creek community is gated on all sides and is patrolled by a private security company who also man the gates.
Being that Morgan Creek is located in Roseville, which is one of the region's best shopping and dining destinations, there is just about any store or restaurant you could desire within a very short drive, including the Westfield Galleria Mall and the newly constructed Fountains.
Roseville also has a reputation for offering excellent public schools. Morgan Creek is served by Dry Creek Joint Unified School District for elementary and middle school and the Roseville Joint Unified School District for high school.
Along with all the great amenities the Morgan Creek Country Club offers a bar and grill and a beautiful golf course, the community also has parks walking trails, and a man-made lake to get some exercise or enjoy time with your family.
Morgan Creek is a collection of villages with homes built by both custom home builders and semi-custom home builders such as JMC Homes, Lakemont Homes, and William Lyon Homes.
Lakemont homes primarily built the Waterstone development, which has many homes built on or near the man-made lake located near the Western entrance to the community.
William Lyon built most of the homes located near the Southern entrance to the community. The homes offer large interior space ranging from just under 3,000 sqft, up to approximately 5,000 sqft on lots ranging from 1/3 to 1/2 acre.
JMC Homes built many of the homes near the Northern entrance to the community, including the homes in the Estates and Legends at Morgan Creek. These homes are on large lots approximately 1/2 acre in size with floor plans ranging from around 3,000 sqft to over 5,000 sqft.
There is also a small community of townhomes called the Villas, which offers easy maintenance single-story patio homes with just under 3,000 sqft on 1/4 to 1/3 acre lots.
Along with the homes that have already been built in Morgan Creek, there are also numerous lots still available through resale, if you prefer to build your own home.
The custom home portion of Morgan Creek has a little of everything. There are numerous different architectural styles used. The homes are a minimum of 3,000 square feet and range to over 5,000. Many have premium views of the golf course with oversized 1/2 acre plus lots.
