Right now, there are:

  • 963 homes for sale
  • 197 homes have been on the market for 90+ days and still haven’t sold

At the same time:

  • 432 homes sold in March
  • 79 of those had 3 or more offers

So while multiple offers are happening…

Inventory remains tight, prices are steady, and buyers are still active — though more selective than they were a year ago. Below is a breakdown of how the market shifted and what these trends mean as we head toward 2026.
